Because each appointment is reserved exclusively for you, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% charge, and same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I fully understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise, and I will always do my best to offer grace and flexibility where possible. That said, as a solo practitioner, every appointment impacts my ability to serve other clients and maintain the flow of my business.

You may park in the Ellis Building parking garage, where we validate the first 1 hour and 30 minutes of your visit. After that, rates are set by the building and currently start at $6 per 30 minutes.

Prefer alternatives? There’s street parking and a paid lot just a short walk from the studio.

To protect your results and ensure the best experience possible:

• Please wait at least 14 days after Botox before scheduling any facial treatments.

• For Filler, we recommend waiting a full 4 weeks before receiving a facial.

If you have a treatment scheduled and recently received injectables, please let us know as soon as possible. I’ll be happy to reschedule you within a safe window.
